Common questions
My map is empty, or a country is missing
Wozere builds the map from the place saved inside each photo. A photo has one only if Location Services were on for the Camera when it was taken, and only if it was not sent through a chat app first (most chat apps strip the location). A country needs at least two photos to count. You can add or remove countries by hand: Passport → Edit countries.
Wozere says it can't see my photos
Open the iPhone's Settings → Wozere → Photos and choose Full Access, or Limited Access and pick the photos you want on the map. Nothing is uploaded either way: the scan runs on your phone.
A trip has no film, or says "shots made the cut"
A film is made only from photos that are sharp and well composed, so a trip with fewer than six of those has no film. Choose the shots yourself from the trip and the film is made from your choice.
A film's clip is the wrong way up, or the wrong shot is in it
Under the film, tap a shot to take it out, or open Left out to add one back. If a clip plays the wrong way up, write to us with the iOS version: it is a bug we want to see.
How do I delete my data?
Everything Wozere knows lives on your phone. Settings → Delete my photo index clears the map and the index; deleting the app removes the rest. Details are on the privacy page.
Can I use it on Android or iPad?
Wozere is an iPhone app for now. It runs on an iPad in iPhone size. Android is not available yet.
