Buy the cities
you know.
Bankrupt your friends.

The classic buy-and-build board game, on boards made of places you actually recognise. Pass one phone around the table, or fill the empty seats with bots.

The India board mid-game. Panaji has just been landed on, and the title deed shows rent of ₹8 rising to ₹600 with a hotel, above Buy ₹120 and Auction buttons.

Four boards

Your country's cities, at your country's prices.

Every board is its own set of twenty-two cities, its own currency and its own prices — not one board with the names swapped. Landing on Mumbai should feel like landing on Mumbai.

Two ways to play

One phone, or none of your friends.

Pass the phone

Two to six people, one device, no accounts and nobody waiting on a server. When the turn moves to someone else the board goes behind a cover, so the last player can't act for the next one. Hand it across the table and carry on.

  • Everyone picks a colour and a face before you start
  • The screen is covered until the right person confirms
  • Put the phone down mid-turn — the game saves itself
The board covered by a card reading PASS THE PHONE TO Ravi, with a button labelled I'm Ravi, let's go.

Or beat the bots

Fill the empty seats with Easy, Medium or Hard opponents. They roll, buy, bid at auction, build, mortgage when they are short, and trade. The hard ones will hold out on a deal until it actually hurts.

  • Play alone, or top a short table up to six
  • Three difficulties, set per seat
  • Speed them up when you would rather not wait

The whole game

The full rules, not a watered-down version.

Everything the table argues about is in here, and the rules screen in the app explains each one in a paragraph you can actually read.

Auctions

Turn it down and it goes under the hammer

Anything a player declines is auctioned to everyone, opening at nothing. Bid, or fold and watch it go cheap.

Colour sets

Own the colour, double the rent

Collect every city in a group and the rent doubles before a single house goes down.

Building

Houses, hotels, evenly spread

Four houses then a hotel, built evenly across the set. Rent climbs fast, and the bank can run out of houses.

Cash

Mortgage at half, buy back at ten percent more

Short of cash? Mortgage a deed or sell houses back. A mortgaged city earns nothing until you redeem it.

Jail

Doubles, fines and the third roll

Roll doubles to get out, pay the fine, or use a card. Three doubles in a turn and you are going anyway.

Trades

Deeds, cash and jail cards, both ways

Offer any mix of property, money and get-out-of-jail cards. Counter an offer without losing what was on the table.

Before you start

Settle the arguments in advance.

Every table plays this game slightly differently. Set yours on the way in, along with starting cash and whether you are playing to a round limit or to the last player standing.

Free Parking jackpot Taxes and fines pile up; land there and take the lot
Double salary on GO Landing exactly on GO pays twice
Even building Houses must be spread across a set, not stacked
Auctions Always, only when nobody can afford it, or never

Built to be played

No sign-up, no timers, nothing to buy mid-game.

Works offline

A whole game needs no connection at all. Play it on a plane, on the tube, in the back of a car.

Saves itself

Every move is written down. Close the app mid-turn and pick the game back up where it stopped.

No account

No email, no login, no profile. Open it and start. Names, boards and everything you type stay on the phone.

No ads during play

Nothing interrupts a turn, and nothing you can buy will win you the game.

Four boards. Six players. One phone.

Play it in your browser right now — against bots, around one phone, or in an online room with friends. The App Store and Google Play versions are on their way.
