A routine companion for ADHD adults

Something sleepy sits beside you and does it too.

Momo is a body double, not a scoreboard. He does your routine with you — and never mentions a streak.

Time-blindness timers Micro-steps Gentle re-entry

Momo cycles through his moods: brushing his teeth alongside you, working through the dishes, waiting, quietly pleased when a step is checked, and sleepy in the evening.

Built for the actual problem

Three things habit apps get wrong.

Time you can see

Timers drain as a shape, not a number. Taking longer still counts.

Steps small enough to start

Any task becomes bites. One bite counts as the whole thing.

A soft way back in

Fall off and Momo says “we napped, it happens.” Nothing to rebuild.

1 · Wake him A tap, not a form.
2 · Build one tiny routine Three micro-steps, picked together.
3 · Do it together He does every step alongside you.
Why no streaks

A number you can break is a reason to stop.

Streak counters turn one bad week into a closed app. With Momo, nothing accumulates against you — so nothing can be lost.

The firefly jar

Progress that can’t trend down.

Every step you show up for is a firefly. No graphs, no averages, no line that dips. Each month the jar seals into a card you can share.

September: Momo gets a lantern. No deadline, no losing it.

Questions

The things people ask before they start.

What is a body double, and why does it help? A body double is someone doing their own task beside you while you do yours. For a lot of people with ADHD, starting is the hard part, and company makes starting possible. Momo is that company: he brushes his teeth while you brush yours, and works through the dishes while you do.
Why does Momo have no streaks? A number you can break is a reason to stop. Streak counters turn one bad week into a closed app, so Momo counts nothing that can go down. Steps you show up for become fireflies in a jar, and the jar never empties.
What happens if I miss several days? Nothing is lost and nothing needs rebuilding. Momo says "we napped, it happens" and offers the two-minute version of your routine instead of the whole thing.
What does Momo cost? $6.99 a month, or $49.99 a year, which works out at $4.17 a month. There are 21 days free first, and cancelling keeps your data.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to use Momo? No. Momo is built around problems that come with ADHD — time blindness, tasks that are too big to start, and the collapse that follows a missed day — but it asks for no diagnosis and nothing medical.
Is Momo a medical device or a treatment? No. Momo is not a medical device and makes no clinical claims. It is a routine companion, or as the app puts it, a gremlin with a timer.
Where can I get Momo? On the App Store for iPhone and iPad. The Android version is in review at Google Play.
